Urgent & Same Day Appointments

We allocate same day urgent appointments and staff will accommodate you where possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day appointments, but we do try and offer alternatives which include telephone consultations.

You can phone 01922 631630 from 9.00am to book an appointment.

There are a number of options for booking appointments. Appointments may be made:

• In person
• Telephoning 01922 631630 and pressing 1 for Reception during normal surgery hours
• On line. We ask that you register for this service by bringing in photographic ID to reception. The reception staff can then provide you with log-in details and instruction

Please note appointments are for 10 minutes, if you feel you need to discuss more than 1 problem please book a double appointment.

For deaf people and those hard of hearing, a telephone services is available on 0845 606 4647.

Whatever the day or time, if you or someone else experiences severe chest pain, loss of blood or suspected broken bones, go to your nearest accident and emergency department or call 999.

In Walsall we have an Urgent Care centre offering fast, convenient and expert care for injuries and illnesses that are urgent but not life threatening. This includes minor cuts, burns and bites; sprains and fractures; fevers, infections and rashes. There is no need for an appointment, you can just walk in.
